A Registered Community Organization (RCO) with the City of Philadelphia.

The Earth's Keepers Southwest Philadelphia Neighborhood Zoning Committee (EKSPNZC) is a good place to volunteer if you know and care about land use, development, architecture, planning, real estate legal issues.

Our purpose is to provide the residents of Southwest Philadelphia with information concerning the land-use, zoning codes, development, revitalization and housing preservation within the geographical area and their application in our neighborhood by hosting public meetings concerning zoning applications within our boundaries, and communicating the neighborhood’s position to the city’s Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) involved in land-use decision-making on behalf of EKSPN residents.

To advance this purpose, EKSPNZC proactively obtains input from its members, non-members and neighbors on their vision for the future of our community as a whole.

Zoning Committee meetings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00- 8:00 p.m.

To get involved, email EKSPNZC: zoning@earthskeepersinc.com with any questions or concerns.
